Chef's Design Pressure Cookers are 18/10 stainless steel and dual function. The pressure cookers are fully equipped to include a stainless steel steamer basket, stainless steel trivet/stand, both low and high pressure controls, and a stainless steel cleaning rod, which no other brand includes. Most importantly they also include a tempered glass cover for added value. This cover converts the pressure cooker into a heavy duty sauce pan or cooking pot. When the unit is not being used for pressure cooking it can also be used for any other cooking or food preparation. Note: All models include the above equipment!

The stainless steel dual function pressure cookers cook food up to 4 times faster and use up to 40% less energy. Conserves vitamins, minerals and flavor. Cooks without added fat.

Each unit also comes equipped with a 104 page instruction and recipe book containing over 75 recipes, which is bilingual Spanish/English. The instruction book contains more recipes than any "book" included with any other brand that we know of.
