  
Roll'Pats are composed of fiberglass which has been coated on both sides with non-stick silicone, allowing for dough to be rolled and worked with effortlessly. Ideal for kneading, beating, and rolling dough or working with sugar and chocolate. When rolling out dough on the "top-surface" (which is stamped with the Roll'Pat logo) of the mat, there is no need to sprinkle the mat or the dough itself with flour. The "reverse side" of the mat is skid resistant and secures itself to any working surface. This food grade mat is 100% waterproof, durable, and easy to clean with water and a sponge. To ensure longevity of the mat, do not use as a cutting surface, and always roll for starage rather than folding.
